Re-enrollment now preserves environment-specific server routing so devices remain on the intended stack after reset and reinstall flows.

Re-enrollment now retains the last known API server URL instead of dropping to default production routing when local registration state is cleared
Fixes environment drift where devices on dev feeds could re-enroll and then be redirected to production endpoints
Improves Pending Actions -> View Details continuity by keeping workspace route resolution on the same environment after re-enrollment

Singleton Process Fix: singleton lock moved to process start — before Electron init — using process.exit(0) to prevent GPU/renderer orphan processes on rapid restarts
