Managing Your Subscription

View your plan, manage billing, and understand how Ambient pricing works.

Billing for Ambient is managed through Command Center under Administration → Billing.

Viewing Your Current Plan

The Billing page shows:

  • Current plan: name, included seats, and feature set.
  • Next renewal date: when your subscription renews.
  • Seat usage: active users vs. licensed seats.
  • Payment method: card on file or invoice status.

Plans

Ambient offers four tiers:

Changing Your Plan

  1. Go to Administration → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select the new plan tier.
  4. Confirm the change — prorated credit is applied immediately.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades are immediate.

Adding Seats

Seats are added in blocks:

  1. Go to Administration → Billing → Add Seats.
  2. Select the number of additional seats.
  3. Confirm — charges are prorated for the remainder of the billing period.

Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, Amex accepted.
  • Invoice: Available on annual plans. Net 30 payment terms.
  • EFT / Bank Transfer: Available for South Africa (ZAR) and select regions.

To update your payment method, go to Administration → Billing → Payment Method.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact billing@ziviso.africa. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
