Getting Started with Ambient

Learn how to set up and configure Ambient by Ziviso for your organization in minutes.

Welcome to Ambient! This guide will walk you through setting up the platform for your organization.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • An active Ambient subscription
  • Administrator access to your organization’s identity provider
  • Access to your DNS settings (for custom domains)

Step 1: Create Your Organization

  1. Sign in to your Ambient Command Center — your central hub for brand communications
  2. Click Create Organization
  3. Enter your organization details:
    • Organization name
    • Primary domain
    • Industry
    • Company size

Step 2: Connect Your Identity Provider

Ambient integrates with popular identity providers for seamless SSO:

Microsoft Azure AD

  1. Navigate to Settings > Identity
  2. Select Microsoft Azure AD
  3. Enter your Azure AD Tenant ID
  4. Configure the redirect URL in Azure AD
  5. Test the connection

Google Workspace

  1. Navigate to Settings > Identity
  2. Select Google Workspace
  3. Authorize the Ambient application
  4. Configure user provisioning settings

Okta

  1. Navigate to Settings > Identity
  2. Select Okta
  3. Enter your Okta domain
  4. Configure SAML settings

Step 3: Install the Endpoint Agent

For desktop wallpaper management, deploy the Ambient agent:

Windows Deployment

Enterprise Deployment

For large-scale deployments, we recommend using:

  • Microsoft Intune
  • SCCM
  • Jamf Pro
  • Similar MDM solutions

Step 4: Configure Your First Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns > Create Campaign
  2. Select your campaign type:
    • Wallpaper Campaign
    • Signature Campaign
    • Combined Campaign
  3. Upload your brand assets
  4. Configure targeting rules
  5. Set your deployment schedule
  6. Review and publish
